Description
At Kancholika, we take inspiration from the timeless beauty of Indian textiles.
When we were designing this saree, we wanted to make something that feels rooted in tradition, but also makes you feel like royalty..
We chose beautiful Modal Silk for the Ajrakh print because it’s light, drapes beautifully, and is the perfect base to showcase the intricate craftsmanship.
To stay true to our roots, we added delicate gold flowers and tiny butis all over the body.
We also layered in contrasting embroidery that brings a festive, lively energy to the rich red base.
Together, they make the saree feel both traditional and celebration-ready.The saree is finished with a beautiful scalloped border with detailed embroidery.
It gives the drape nice shape and makes it look so defined.
The best part? The pallu. It’s richly embroidered with traditional motifs, so you’re sure to stand out from every angle.
We chose premium georgette because it’s light and easy to wear.
It feels soft on the skin and keeps your pleats in place without feeling heavy.
That means you can wear it for hours — for a wedding, a festival, any big day — and still feel graceful and comfortable.
Styling this beautiful red saree is so easy.
Pair it with a modern blouse to let the rich border shine.
Add antique silver or temple jewelry to highlight all the detailed work.
This saree is our way of blending traditional craftsmanship with a touch of modern luxury — made for today’s women.
